RF Plots showing predicted signal levels from -117dBm to -87dBm in steps of 3db.

-117dBm is .31uV and is intelligible voice with white noise (for modern radios).

Signals < 117dBm may not be useable depending on local EM noise conditions.

Most amateur radios show "S1" at -117dBm.

Please remember these are "predicted" coverage maps.  These do not show the true system coverage.
